These Terms of Use govern your use of DrawTrace (“the app”), developed by Tummy Tiger. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions) and these terms.
Photos you import or take within the app remain yours. We claim no ownership or rights over them. They're stored only on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we never access, view, or transmit them.
DrawTrace offers a one-time in-app purchase (“DrawTrace Pro”) that unlocks unlimited use. This is a one-time, non-subscription purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's own refund and billing policies — refund requests should be made directly to Apple, as we do not process payments or refunds ourselves.
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tummy Tiger is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue the app at our discretion.
